RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

WARRANTY

Strobe-It LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified by original manufacturer of product. If product contains custom harness manufactured by Strobe-It LLC, the wiring harness components shall carry the twenty-four (24) month warranty originally stated. The module or component connecting to the harness shall carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Improper use or installation may void warranty coverage. 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@strobeit.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA requests may take up to 3 business days to process. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

 

     ●     Custom or Special Order items  

     ●     Items that have been used or not in original packaging

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

 

Please Note:

     ●     Custom and Special Order items orders cannot be cancelled once order has been                  placed

     ●     Returns may take up to 5 business days to process

     ●     Returns due to our error or product defect, we will provide a prepaid                                                shipping label for return. Otherwise, the buyer will pay for return shipping

     ●     Refunds will be issued to original payment method used

     ●     Original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.   

     ●     All returned products must be in new condition with no signs of use, in the original                    packaging, and all tags, stickers, and/or labels still affixed.         

     ●     A 20% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned to us due to refused                                delivery or wrong shipping address
