Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.
Expedited Shipping Fees
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Most orders are shipped will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information after shipment. We will ship to the provided shipping address on the customer account.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
● Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
● Not all shipping methods are available for certain items
● Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday
● To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 2pm EST
● Strobe-It LLC reserves the right to require signature on any shipment
● Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, you must use and RMA after receipt of shipment for return
● Custom and Special Order items orders cannot be cancelled once order has been placed
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
